Join Terri for this mindfulness based stretch and meditation class. In our busy world it is oftentimes hard to make time to slow down and tune in to our bodies and our breath. So think of this as your forced "time out" to come to our quiet studio, and practice Terri's techniques for feeling your body from the inside out to see if they will work for you.
We will be stretching our bodies in key tension filled areas, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, hips and observing how these easy stretches make us feel. Expect to leave feeling refreshed and open. No yoga mat required for this class as we will be using chairs as our base. Many of these stretches can be practiced at your desk, in your car or wherever you are. We will end with a guided meditation to set the peaceful tone for the rest of your weekend.
No experience is necessary. Every body is welcome. Class size is limited.
