Join Terri for this one hour class where you will stretch and O-P-E-N your mind & body. No need to bring along a yoga mat as we will be using chairs as our base. Dress comfortably, bring water and wear something warm (like slippers or thick socks) for your feet-- our studio floor is often chilly.
Expect easy and delicious stretching exercises to relieve high tension areas like neck, shoulders and hips, and participate in a meditation or two. No prior meditation or yoga experience is necessary. Perfect for anyone wanting to tune in to their bodies and tune out the world, to experience stress relief though mindfulness, or just to learn ways to feel better in their own body.
