Certified senior/chair yoga teacher, Terri will lead you through a series of body opening stretches from the safety and comfort of your own chair. Perfect for anyone recovering from an injury (with doctor's permission of course) or who is unsure of their balance, or who doesn't like the thought of taking their shoes off and using a mat in a regular class. It will even give seasoned yogis a deeper stretch.
Using the chair allows you to feel the confidence and support of the chair beneath you, and to move past limitations, yet still feel the benefits of a good stretch. Invite in ease, peace + greater flexibility. Your body will thank you! Space is limited. $10
